The entire summer work season has passed with no construction occurring at the site that has been cleared and leveled for the construction of a new Rutter’s Truck Stop near Huntingdon, Pa.
The Smithfield Township site, near the intersection of routes 22 and 26, has been a point of controversy since Rutter’s purchased the land in April, 2025.
