Past students carry on 50-year study of Minnesota pelicans

DNR partners and researchers successfully have completed another year of pelican banding, a study that has taken place in Minnesota for more than 50 years and is now seeking a new home.
Researchers hope the decades-long pelican study can continue through St. Cloud State, the college that started it. The study takes place the first or second week in July.
