The Delaware River tailwaters – including the main stem river and East and West branches – support a nationally-recognized sport fishery for wild trout, and a joint effort between New York and Pennsylvania aims to keep it that way.
A recent report card on the Delaware River Tailwaters Joint Trout Management Plan indicates those efforts appear to be paying off.
