Ample forage results in healthy game fish on Dumont

Dumont Lake is one of the only inland lakes in southwest Lower Michigan with an alewife population. Because of this healthy forage base, bass and pike thrive in the 215-acre-water body. And the bluegill population is healthy and holding its own, too.
