Outdoor horoscopes for the week of Sept. 29 to Oct. 5, 2025

♈ Aries (March 21 – April 19)

You’ll draw your bow on a buck that looks bigger through the leaves than he does in real life. Don’t worry, the adrenaline remains authentic.

♉ Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Your duck blind breakfast will involve slightly undercooked bacon and one thermos of coffee that refuses to pour. The sunrise flight will make it all taste fine.

♊ Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Grouse season calls, and so do your boots crunching through leaves. Count on three flushes, one shot, and exactly zero birds in the vest. Classic.

♋ Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

The first frost will tempt you into a quick camping trip. You’ll pack like it’s August, then remember at 2 a.m. that sleeping bags have temperature ratings for a reason.

♌ Leo (July 23 – August 22)

Casting a jig into chilly fall water, you’ll hook something heavy. For 30 seconds it’s a personal best. Then it’s revealed: a log with ambition.

♍ Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

You’ll brag about how your retriever sat perfectly still in the blind. Omit the part where it was only because he was chewing up one of your decoys.

♎ Libra (September 23 – October 22)

A buddy will invite you grouse hunting in “a sure spot.” Translation: you’ll walk seven miles, flush two birds, and hear endless stories about the one he got there in 2014.

♏ Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

The stars say this is the week you should finally sharpen those broadheads. Your mid-October self will thank you.

♐ Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

A duck will land right in your decoys while you’re bent over rummaging for a granola bar. At least you’ll get to admire the sprig at 80 yards.

♑ Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Packing light for a fall camping trip sounds noble. But after one night without a pillow, you’ll question every minimalist decision you’ve ever made.

♒ Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Fish not biting? Switch to slow-rolling that crankbait along a weed edge. The stars suggest patience will be rewarded – with scales, not weeds.

♓ Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

You’ll build the perfect campfire pyramid… only to discover you forgot matches. The stars recommend: flint and steel, or groveling for help from the campsite next door.
