Settlement in Wisconsin puts Portage County solar farm back on track

Poynette, Wis. — The Wisconsin Wildlife Federation (WWF) and Vista Sands Solar reached an agreement on a 7,000-plus-acre solar farm development next to Buena Vista Wildlife Area in Portage County.
