It’s clearly not the best known trout water in the Catskills region, which is exactly why a visit to the Batavia Kill might be in order.
Angling pressure will likely be lighter on the Batavia Kill, including fewer folks than those plying the waters of Schoharie Creek, to which the Batavia Kill feeds.
