New York man dies after being shot with an air rifle

A Saratoga man died after his roommate shot him with a pellet gun on April 6. Early that morning, the Saratoga Springs Police Department Emergency Dispatch received a call reporting that a man had shot his roommate with a BB gun at their residence. The caller stated that the victim was bleeding and experiencing difficulty breathing.
