Handful of Illinois sites will benefit from funding package

The state’s Capital Development Board announced more than $60 million in investments to address deferred maintenance projects for Illinois DNR. The funding will focus on a handful of areas.
The projects aim to address essential repairs, including water and wastewater systems, trail and bridge replacements, and site preservation efforts.
