New York Mixed Bag: Spillway work will affect fishing at New Albion Lake in Cattaraugus County

The work began Nov. 13, and water levels in New Albion Lake was temporarily reduced by 2 to 4 feet to accommodate routine maintenance work on the lake’s spillway.
