Wisconsin muskie rakes angler’s hand after releasing bluegill

Pierce Anderson, 21, of Winneconne, was fishing on the Pike Lake Chain in Price County, Wis., over Memorial Day weekend when a large muskie inhaled Anderson’s hand. The fish’s teeth heavily raked Anderson’s flesh. He had his hands in the water for about 3 seconds when the muskie grabbed him. Anderson was trying to wash his hands after releasing a bluegill. How many parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles put the fear of God into kids with that story? Wrong. Just ask Pierce Anderson, 21, of Winneconne.
