Centre County women win Pennsylvania’s Yellow Creek trout tournament

Lee Lazar, of Centre County, took up fly fishing at age 58, and in the six years since has made up for lost time.
Although she comes from a fly-rodding family, Lazar had never tried angling of any kind. But after retiring, the former business owner signed up for a course at Ohiopyle State Park. She soon found herself hooked, especially on targeting wild trout with dry flies.
