Charter boat activity frustrating other boaters at New York’s Mexico Point state launch

The Mexico Point State Launch on Lake Ontario, in the town of Mexico, Oswego County, has been a little too crowded lately. Some locals feel charter boat captions in the area have been overstaying their welcome, leaving boats tied too long and preventing other boaters from having easy access to the launch, prompting folks to file complaints to the state.
