As we enter another edition of the New York Outdoor News Great Lakes Preview, there are still a fair number of people out there who have not sampled the fishing menu that each lake has to offer. I know this because I run into people all the time who have never caught a spring salmon in Lake Ontario or tussled with a feisty smallmouth bass on Lake Erie. Those are but two examples of a smorgasbord of angling adventures that Erie and Ontario have to offer.
