Upgrades to New York’s Sackets Harbor park continue

A $4.9 million project continues in the Village of Sackets Harbor on the shores of Lake Ontario, in Jefferson County, that includes upgrades at Market Square Park boat launch that will close access for the summer season. The launch is expected to re-open by autumn.
