"Tackle" Terry Tuma talks about using subtle jigging actions for tough-bite fish. In extreme cold weather, Terry says to match the jigging action according to a fish’s movement. Too much movement, like an aggressive lift-and- drop method, can spook the fish. A spring bobber can also provide gentle jigging action.
