Mar. 1: Permanent ice shanties must be removed from southern LP lakes

Mar. 15: Pike and muskie spearing season ends

Mar. 15: Permanent ice shanties must be removed from northern LP lakes

Mar. 15: Walleye, pike and muskie seasons end (except on LP Great Lakes and connecting waters)

Mar. 31: Permanent ice shanties must be removed from Upper Peninsula lakes.

Mar. 31:  Crow season ends

Mar. 31: Squirrel, rabbit and hare hunting season ends

Mar. 31: Fishing licenses expire
