Fish Salvage Set for Donegal Lake

The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission announced Oct. 25 that it has rescheduled a fish salvage at Donegal Lake in Westmoreland County to Nov. 1-2 as a final step before the construction project begins to rebuild the facility’s dam.
