Southwest Pennsylvania Fishing Report – October 23rd, 2015

Glendale Lake (Cambria County) — Bass and pickerel were reported by anglers casting and trolling spinners and spinnerbaits.

Wilmore Dam (Cambria County) — Anglers casting and trolling spinners and spinnerbaits were catching bass and the occasional crappie in recent weeks.

Colver Reservoir (Cambria County) — Nice-size yellow perch and bluegills were reported in recent weeks.

Hinkston Run Reservoir. (Cambria County) —Walleyes were reported in recent weeks.

Monongahela River (Greene, Washington counties) — As conditions allowed, walleyes were reported, with one angler catching a 13-pounder near an area lock and dam. Catfish were active in the tributaries in recent weeks, with nice catches reported on cut baits and stinkbaits. Bass anglers reported success in the early morning and late-afternoon hours around heavy structure.
