Highpoint Lake (Somerset County)  — Largemouth bass up to 6-plus pounds were reported on this mountaintop reservoir. Smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, catfish and panfish also were reported.  Youghiogheny River (Fayette County) —The deeper pools were yielding some walleyes in late August.
