Smoked Wild Salmon Bruschetta Recipe Wins Outdoor News, Inc. Contest Sponsored by Camp Chef

            (Plymouth, Minn.) — Outdoor News, Inc., publisher of locally written fishing and hunting outdoor newspapers in seven Great Lake states, announced the winning entry in the contest that invited readers to submit their favorite grilling, wild game, and fish recipes. Five entries were selected as finalists, and Outdoor News readers had the chance to weigh in and vote for the recipe they wanted to win.  Minnesota’s Jared Krekelberg shared his recipe for Smoked Wild Salmon Bruschetta, which earned the most votes to crown his recipe as the winner of the contest. Krekelberg will take home a Camp Chef SmokePro DLX Pellet Grill valued at $834.

            Entries into the contest were accepted from May 1st through June 12th, and Outdoor News staff selected five recipes as the contest finalists. Voting was conducted online at through June 20th.  Krekelberg’s recipe is featured in the Outdoor News Cooking segment online at
