NORTHEAST METRO
Crappies are being found suspended over 15 to 20 feet on Big Carnelian Lake, 25 feet on White Bear Lake, 25 to 35 feet on Bald Eagle Lake, and in 35 feet or deeper in the Bayport area of the St. Croix River. There is some sunfish action on the area’s small lakes in 10 to 12 feet, but the majority of fish have run small.

LAKE WACONIA
The marina is now closed for the season and will re-open as soon as docks can be put in. The panfish bite continues to be good with crappies hitting during low-light periods in Wagener’s Bay over 20 to 24 feet or Waconia Bay in 9 to 12 feet. Look for sunfish along the 10- to 14-foot weeds on most reefs and in Waconia Bay.
