Yellow Breeches Creek (Cumberland County) — Trout were hitting from Cold Springs Inn down to Lower Allen Township Park.
Raystown Branch of Juniata River (Huntingdon County) — Anglers were catching rock bass around the hydro plant and the Raystown Dam spillway in recent weeks. (The daily creel limit on rock bass is 10 on the Juniata River and its tributaries.) Walleye anglers reported good bites on suspended or sinking stickbaits.
Juniata River (Mifflin County) — Low water levels were reported in early November, and anglers were wading in some spots. Smallmouth bass were reported, along with a few walleyes.
Kish Creek, Honey Creek, Tea Creek (Mifflin County) — Both spin fishermen and fly-anglers reported nice catches of trout in recent weeks.
Little Juniata River (Huntingdon County) — As of Nov. 19, TCO Fly Shop reported low, clear flow in the 50s. Trout were taking generic midge, baetis, shrimp and scud patterns. Hatches included tiny Blue-Winged Olives (20-22) and Midges (20-24).
