Northeast Pennsylvania Fish Report – November 21st, 2014

Duck Harbor Pond (Wayne County) — Nice catches of smallmouth bass were reported in early November, along with crappies and walleyes, on jigs or live bait.

Long Pond, Upper Woods Pond (Wayne County) — Anglers were catching fall-stocked trout on pastebaits in recent weeks.

Susquehanna River — Walleyes and smallmouth bass were hitting jigs tipped with minnows, leeches or soft plastics.

Lackawanna River (Lackawanna County) — Brown trout were hitting near the Dickson City area in recent weeks.

Comfort Lake (Susquehanna County) — Lower water levels made shore fishing easier in recent weeks, and anglers were catching yellow perch and chain pickerel on spoons.
