FAIRMONT AREA Panfish remain active in 4 to 6 feet of water on Budd Lake and Lake Sissiton. Walleyes are hitting minnows or crankbaits during the evening hours in 6 to 8 feet on Hall Lake, Budd, and Sissiton and the Blue Earth River continues to produce walleyes on jigs tipped with plastics or minnows.
