St. Lawrence River: Safe ice remains, particularly in the popular spots such as Lake of the Isles, Eel Bay and Chippewa Bay. Not much happening of late due to snow and ice conditions, and it remains to be seen what Mother Nature will offer up in terms of opening day fishing conditions on April 1. Catskill Flies
