Thousand Island Fishing Report – February 7th, 2014

St. Lawrence River: Lake of the Isles and Eel Bay remained the most popular spots for a mix of panfish – perch, bluegills and crappie. Northern pike action has been good in the Waddington area. On Chippewa Bay, most of the reports involve perch – small perch.

Black Lake: Plenty of ice, but keep an eye out for pressure cracks and slushy areas. Fishing has been spotty for a mixed bag of crappie, bluegills, perch and northerns. Rollaway Bay is always worth a look.
