Butch Hubler harvested this mature 8-point in Dauphin County Pa. This was his first buck harvest in 5 years as he has put his time in helping his granddaughters get their deer so this year we reversed the role and made pap the top priority.
Andrew took his first deer Saturday September 22nd, just a week after his 7th birthday, off his own property in West Deer Township. This 9 point buck provided the perfect opportunity for Andrew to take him from a blind using a crossbow without any assistance (just guidance) from Dad.
I have been after this buck for 3 years following his trail camera pictures and have found 2 years of sheds from him. Finally had a chance at 12 yards on his rub line on 10/13/18 at 6:15 PM. Shot with a Mathews Halon 32 and Rage Trypan broadheads. Killed in 1A Butler County.

This is my first buck ever killed! And my first ever rifle kill! I've only been hunting for 4 years. My husband set me up a stand on a new property we just started hunting this hunting season. Even though we had no idea this buck was around he picked a very successful spot i guess.

My very first hunt EVER, as a 68 year old great grandmother - spring gobbler season. This boy was a 22lb with a 9-1/2" beard taken in Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. I used my husband's 3-inch 12-ga turkey gun.

8 Year Old Brady Hess Shoots Great Buck in Pennsylvania!
On 11/7/15 at 3:55 pm, Brady Hess harvested his first buck ever with the crossbow. The buck was harvested in Beaver County with a Mentored Youth Permit. The buck was chasing a doe, and Brady made a perfect double lung shot at 30 yards.

Nick W. shot his first turkey in Cumberland County, PA on youth day, Saturday, April, 25. The bird weighed 18 1/2 lbs. and had 3/4 inch spurs with a double beard. One beard measured 8 1/2 inches long and the other was 6 inches long.

John Seidel of New Ringgold, shot this 42lb male at 8am on March 14th near his home. The coyote was dragging the deer carcass through an open field. The deer was still steaming. It was shot with a .270 @ 185 yds.
Had an incredible day in the woods. I shot a nice coyote in the morning, almost a large bear and this great buck in the afternoon. The buck is a product of a lot of hunters and camps in the area letting the small one's go so they can grow.

15-year-old Ali shot this fine 10-point opening day of the rifle season. One well placed shot from the old Marlin 30-30 at 80 yards to the heart, and he only ran 50 yards to collapse within our view. Inside spread is 16.25", and green scored 113 4/8.

We found this coyote while setting up a new deer stand the weekend of the opening of trout season. It had been feeding on a deer carca when it got entangled in a discarded length of telephone line eventually dispatching the coyote.
