Lake Champlain bass will be shifting into their fall feeding frenzy soon. On the West Branch of the Ausable, conditions were very good water temperature-wise, with isonychias, caddis and stoneflies your best pattern options. Look for pike and bass action in the Saranac Chain of Lakes.
