Southeast Pennsylvania Fishing Report – July 5th, 2013

Blue Marsh Lake (Berks County) — Bass were hitting soft plastics, and hybrid stripers over 15 pounds were reported on light tackle and alewives.  A few uskies were reported, caught on large plugs around downed trees.

Delaware River — Catfish were reported on chicken livers, crawlers, shrimp and other baits by shore anglers.

Schuylkill River — Stripers were still being caught through early to mid-June, and carp fishing kicked in.
