Wills Creek Lake (Muskingum and Coshocton counties)

Anglers fishing below the spillway here are catching some saugeyes, some up to 20 inches, reports Bob Mathie at Bob’s Outdoor Supply.

Dillon Lake (Muskingum County)

Channel catfish and hybrid stripers should turn on first if the weather warms up, reports Bob Mathie at Bob’s Outdoor Supply. Try fishing for them using cut shad. Below the spillway, anglers are fishing it hard and picking up a few saugeyes on jig and minnow combinations. If the jig and minnow bite is not happening, try for saugeyes with jerkbaits such as Rapala Husky Jerks or Smithwick Rattlin’ Rogues.
