Beaverkill/Willowemoc
Both fishable at last check, with temps dropping into better ranges.
East Branch of the Delaware
Normal flow and fishable at last report. Some tricos in the morning, small olives (on cloudy days) and Isonychias later in the day. Terrestrials remain a solid option as well.
West Branch of the Delaware
Fishable down to Hancock at last check, but better waded than floated. A mix of olives and Isonychias, but caddis activity should be picking up. Small nymphs have been effective, but the fishing has been tough – long leaders are required.
Neversink
Clear with a normal flow as of last week, with good water temps – and getting better – to about Bridgeville. Most insect activity has been coming early or late.
Main Stem of the Delaware: Water temps are much improved, with some surface activity near dark on Isonychias, small olives and spinners.
Esopus
Normal flows but, as usual, off color.
