NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission established the 2012-13 waterfowl hunting seasons during its August meeting which concluded Friday at the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency’s Region II Ray Bell Building. Black bear, wolf and mountain lion hunting licenses are available at any state license provider, or online, through Aug. 31. After that date there is a five-day wait on the use of the hunting licenses. The licenses can be purchased at a Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks office, FWP license provider or online at fwp.mt.gov.

Montana’s big game hunting seasons are just around the corner. The general rifle season to hunt black bear, bighorn sheep, mountain goat and moose begins Sept. 15. The general hunting season for antelope begins Oct. 6, followed by the general season for wolf Oct. 15 and then deer, elk and mountain lion on Oct. 20.
