Recent rain (and snow) brought stream levels up Southcentral Report

Little Juniata River (Huntingdon County)

Water was very low and clear and in the 50s, but insects were hatching and good fishing was reported. With sulphurs on the water as of April 28, sulphur emergers were productive. So was nymphing with sulphurs or with caddis larvae patterns. Hatches included tan caddis (14-16), sulphurs (14-16), and craneflies (14-16).
