BLACK ROCK – The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will hold a public meeting on Oct. 12 to provide information regarding construction of a mobility-impaired fishing trail on Lake Charles near the Baltz Subdivision. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Lake Charles State Park pavilion.
