Rivers were pretty well blown out last week due to some heavy thunderstorms that rolled through the region, but waters may very well be fishable by now. The Esopus escaped the rains and fish were looking at nymphs, small BWOs, a few isonychias and spinners. Attractor flies can also be effective now. www.catskillflies.com
