PGC backtracks on use of crossbows

Harrisburg – Reversing a decision the board made six months earlier, Pennsylvania Game commissioners voted 4-3 at their quarterly meeting here July 9 to sharply curtail the use of crossbows in the state’s archery deer-hunting season.
