Proposal to cut Delaware River’s shad limit in half

Contributing Writer Easton, Pa. – In response to decreasing American shad populations, Pennsylvania and neighboring New Jersey and New York have proposed regulations changes for 2010 that will reduce the number of shad that Delaware River anglers can keep each day from six to three.
