Boulder Junction Area

Walleyes can be found in deeper water along any green
vegetation. Crappie action varies from lake to lake, but they can
be found wherever warmer water temps exist. Bluegills are beginning
to show up in the shallows, but have not yet spawned. Muskies seem
to be more interested in following baits that striking right now.
Bass are very aggressive; remember it is catch and release until
June 20. Lake temperatures were still cool and holding at about 58
to 59 degrees. As soon as a few warm days in a row occur, look for
some fast and furious action for most species.
