Harrisburg – Although they’re clamoring to get youths into the great outdoors, Pennsylvania fish and game officials put families in a double-bind this year. The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission scheduled opening day of trout season for most of the state April 18, the same day as the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s youth-only spring gobbler hunt.
