Pine Creek, Little Pine Creek (Tioga County) – Cool weather and
low water prevailed in mid-June. Sulphurs were coming off along
with Cahills, slate drakes and a nice-size (14, 16) blue-winged

Little Pine, Nesmuk (Tioga County) – Good panfishing was
Slate Run, Cedar Run (Tioga County) – Little yellow stoneflies
and blue quills were hatching in late June along with terrestrials
being on the water. Low, clear summer flow was reported.
Tioga River (Tioga County) – An extra 500 brook trout were
stocked June 19.
Fishing Creek (Clinton County) – Cool weather and an extra
stocking of trout kept anglers active through mid-to-late June.
Baits of choice varied, though pink salmon eggs were consistently
Allegheny Reservoir (McKean County) – Spotty walleye action was
reported in recent weeks, with anglers catching walleyes bottom
bouncing white jigheads and crawlers.
Spring Creek, Penn’s Creek (Centre, Union counties) – As of
mid-June, the cicadas were everywhere, as expected, and making
plenty of noise and being eaten by the bigget fish.
