postmarked by date in mailer/ad. Photocopied entries or mechanical
reproductions are not valid for entry.

Eligibility

Residents of US, 18 year or older, except employees and
immediate family members of Outdoor News, their affiliates,
advertising and production agencies, and any other persons involved
with this Promotion. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted.
Governed by and subject to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws
and regulations.

Odds of winning

Depends on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner

Winner will be determined in a random electronic drawing from
all valid entries received. Will be notified by mail. If returned
as undeliverable, alternate winner will be selected.

Delivery of prize

mailed within 2 weeks after date of prize notification
letter.

Liability/warranty/reservation of rights

ODN its respective agencies or employees have no liability
whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
resulting from participation in this Promotion, or acceptance,
possession, or use of any Prize.

Taxes

Winner shall be solely responsible for payment of taxes or any
other charges associated with prize awarded.
