2023 Pheasant Forecast: What can hunters expect in the Upper Midwest?

Bemidji, Minn. The state DNR has announced Capt. Roger Tietz has accepted a temporary appointment as acting director of the Northwest Region effective Feb. 23.
Tietz, a 23-year DNR employee, has been the region’s Enforcement Division manager for three years. He will continue to serve as regional enforcement manager during the temporary appointment.
