Duluth, Minn. Mary Hoppe, of New Munich, was honored as the Stearns County Outstanding Conservationist during the Dec. 7, 2004 luncheon at the annual convention of the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts (MASWCD) in Duluth.
