St. Cloud, Minn. Sportsman’s Warehouse, of St. Cloud, will host its second annual “Waterfowl Weekend,” Aug. 21-22, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. The event features seminar speakers, including “Duck Commander” Phil Robertson, Fred Zink, and Tim Grounds.

Grand Rapids, Minn. The Governor’s Deer Hunting Opener will be Nov. 4-6 this year in the Grand Rapids area, where the focus will be on the family tradition of deer hunting.

Explore Minnesota Tourism and the DNR, along with the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association and local community groups, will partner to conduct the event to celebrate these traditions.
