Grand Rapids, Minn. The North Central Lakes Project, part of Gov. Tim Pawlenty’s Clean Water Initiative, will hold a stakeholder meeting July 9, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Long Lake Conservation Center in Aitkin County.

Updates will be provided on seven project areas from the steering team, made up of several government and non-government organizations. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend. For more information, contact Jean Goad, DNR public affairs officer, at (218) 327-4262.
