St. Paul The Minnesota DNR reminds off-highway vehicle riders that Minnesota law prohibits ditch riding south of the agricultural line between April 1 and Aug. 1. The ag line runs roughly from Moorhead to Taylors Falls, along Hwy. 10 and Hwy. 95.

Also, because state forest roads and trails are typically wet during the spring, the DNR will need to temporarily close some areas. These closures will come soon, if the warm weather continues.
