Correspondent Madison  The Natural Resources Board, at its Feb. 25 meeting in Madison, approved a new net-marking rule for commercial trap nets on Lake Michigan and Green Bay, and altered its recommendation for restrictions on commercial smelt harvests in Green Bay. LAKE OSAKIS The sunfish and crappie action has been hit and miss. You’ll find better numbers of fish in 17 to 24 feet of water.
