St. Paul Financial grants totaling $315,000 are available from the Minnesota DNR to counties and cities to promote snowmobile trail enforcement during the winters of 2003-04 and 2004-05.

Reimbursement funds to cities start at $1,000 grants.
Reimbursement funds to counties are based on a number of
factors.

The application deadline is Dec. 15, 2003. Applicants receiving
grant funds will be notified by Dec. 31, 2003. For more
