Grand Rapids, Minn. For the 18th year, the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association will be accepting deer hides at more than 400 hide drop points around the state.

As in the past, proceeds generated from donated deer, elk, and moose hides will be earmarked for habitat projects throughout the state. Since 1985, MDHA’s Hides for Habitat program has collected over 390,000 hides, generating over $2 million that has funded enhancement for Minnesota’s wildlife.
